Kendrick Lamar With An Orchestra Is As Good As You Knew It Would Be

Dot and the National Symphony Orchestra joined forces.

Kendrick Lamar kicked off his new tour, Kunta Groove Sessions, on Tuesday night with a unique first stop: Backed by the National Symphony Orchestra at the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.

At the show, he performed a number of tracks from March's To Pimp A Butterfly, and though we sadly weren't there (you probably weren't, either), luckily, some video of the night has hit the 'net. And if it proves one thing, it's that this was indeed a groove session.

Press play and get ready to move out of your seat or bed or couch or wherever you're currently sitting.

"These Walls" are talking and saying this sounds awesome.

The funk shall be within you after watching "King Kunta."

You gon' be "Alright" after this one.

And "The Blacker the Berry."

When sh-t hit the fan is you still a fan? You should be after "Mortal Man."

Why not end with a little self-love on "i"?
