As a superstar professional wrestler, Mike "The Miz" Mizanin is well-versed in skull crushers, super kicks and leg drops. Oh, and trash-talk.

The "Real World" and "Challenge" alum got a chance to prove the latter on tonight’s "Middle of the Night Show": After host Brian “Murph” Murphy ambushed a sleeping Miz in his usual style -- and won him over with a round of supermarket dodgeball (they used lettuce instead of balls) -- the WWE hunk was asked to show off his verbal skills.

What was he supposed to rant about? All of Murph’s random frustrations like people who get too many samples at the ice cream shop and birds. Yep, the Miz stood on the streets of NYC screaming about how terrible birds are…and also that he likes the Peter Pan ride at Disney World.
