How To Pull Off Lady Gaga's Bloody Chic Style In 'American Horror Story: Hotel'

Here's how to knock 'em dead as The Countess this Halloween.

As the couture-clad former owner of the Hotel Cortez, Lady Gaga's "American Horror Story: Hotel" character The Countess is always dressed to kill -- quite literally.

Gaga's time on "AHS" has already bred a crop of show-stopping ensembles, with her character's interesting mix of old school Hollywood glamour and vampire queen fetish. Everything she wears is old with a modern, unique twist. And while Gaga may be wearing designer duds on "AHS," it's actually easier than you think to cop this 100-year-old vamp's style just in time for Halloween. (TBH, the most difficult part is pulling off Gaga's glam "AHS" style is replicating her perfectly ***flawless eyeliner.)

For example, here's how you can pull off this bloody chic look from the "AHS: Hotel" premiere this All Hallows' Eve:

The Robe

First, you need to find the right robe. You can technically wear any robe, but this white cotton wrap jersey robe from Hanro best reflects Gaga's look in the above photo. Now, if you're not willing to spend your whole paycheck on a robe (unless, you know, you really take your lounge attire seriously), this long satin and lace trimmed robe will do the trick -- at a fraction of the cost! If you want The Countess' flutter sleeves, you can always add more fabric.

The Fishnets

Since you're going to be baring a lot of yourself, a sturdy pair of fishnet tights (not stockings!) like this affordable pair from The Hue is crucial.

The Fake Blood

If you're looking for convenience, then head to your local Party City, where they sell fake blood by the pint. But if you're feeling adventurous, try some of these DIY fake blood recipes. Some of them are scary accurate!

The Pumps

Mother Monster would be proud of you for rocking these Steve Madden Jillyy Platform Sandals. Not only do they look oh-so-chic, but the chunky platform heel makes them super comfortable. Your feet will thank you for it later. Trust us.

The Glove

Since these vampires don’t have vampire teeth, The Countess' armored glove is super important, thanks to a very sharp nail that can puncture flesh. So grab your hot glue gun because this requires a little extra WERK. To rock the couture-clad vampire's bedazzled killer glove, we suggest buying an adult sequined glove -- like this one from Party City -- and adding your own special flare to it. You can buy individual packs of rhinestones for cheap on Amazon and then hot glue them to your killer glove. Then, finish it off by hot glueing metallic stiletto nails, like these ones on Etsy, to each finger of the glove. And your shiny killing machine is done!
