Elle Fanning Looks Like A Totally Different Person On The Cover Of 'Nylon'
If your idea of Elle Fanning is still that little blonde girl in "Daddy Daycare," you may want to sit down. Elle, who's now 17, is on the cover of Nylon's "America Issue" looking very mature and very ~fashun~.
Elle wears a lacy, black tank tucked into leather shorts along with a smoky eye and dark red lip. Elle is basically an adult, y'all.
Like her sister, Elle can pull off just about everything -- even a raincoat and shredded black tights while she cozies up to a porcelain dog.
In her upcoming film "About Ray," Elle plays the titular character who's a transgender boy. Her preparation for the role included talking to transgender teens and dressing like Ray, both on and off the set.
"I would go to lunch, and I wouldn’t change, so I looked like Ray," she explained. "The waiter would come over, like, ‘Oh, are you done eating sir?” The actor in me was like, ‘Yeah!’ Then I thought, ‘Whoa, actually if that happened to Ray, he would be so excited that someone just saw him for himself.’”
