NASA recently announced its plan to send humans on a (one-way) vacay to Mars within the next 20 years. Damn.

If you're not quite ready to make that commitment yet, a new video from Vimeo user harrisonicus will quench your wanderlust for the great, great beyond. The vid is a stop-motion film compiled from real images of astronauts landing on the moon.

"I was looking through the Project Apollo Archive and at one point, I began clicking through a series of pics quickly and it looked like stop-motion animation," harrisonicus explained in the vid's description. "So, I decided to see what that would look like without me having to click through it."
