The Villain From 'Halloweentown II: Kalabar's Revenge' Is Still Insanely Hot

Evil never looked so good.

Usually, sequels never hold a candle to the original films, but "Halloweentown II: Kalabar's Revenge" is definitely an exception. All the OG characters returned, the story was entertaining and the villain was hot. I mean, a fantastic bad guy. (No, I meant hot.)

Actor Daniel Kountz portrayed Kalabar's son Kal, a warlock who hated Marnie Piper (Kimberly J. Brown) and her family for destroying his father at the end of "Halloweentown."

Kal cast the Gray Spell over Halloweentown, turning everything gray (duh) and taking all the personality and spooky fun out of the residents. He then turned humans at a Halloween party into the monsters they dressed up as, and chaos ensued. Also, you're lying to yourself if this didn't scare you as a kid:

Speaking from personal experience, I had the biggest crush on Kal. Yeah, yeah, he was the villain — but he was super attractive. After a quick search on Tumblr, I soon learned I wasn't alone in my ~feelings~.

Turns out, lots of other people were in love with Halloweentown's resident bad boy, too.

Yep, Kal seemed to spark the sexual awakening for plenty of kids, because just look at him.

This got me thinking about what Kountz looks like now. Is he still cute? The answer is a definitive YES.

After causing serious bedlam in Halloweentown, Kountz went on to guest-star on episodes of "United States of Tara," "Ghost Whisperer" and "Mad Men," according to IMDb.

One of Kountz's newest projects is the sci-fi short "TRIPLE TIMe."

Plus, he recently did an interview with Disney On Demand about his time in Halloweentown.
