+ Arcade Fire served as musical guests on the season premiere of "Saturday Night Live," where they debuted new material off of their forthcoming Reflektor (due Oct. 29). Watch them perform "Afterlife," as well as the title track. (MTV News)
+ Following Arcade Fire's "SNL" appearance, the band debuted more tracks from Reflektor ("Night," "We Exist," and "Normal Person") during a kooky, 30-minute TV special dubbed "Here Comes The Night Time." Famous friends like Bono, Ben Stiller, James Franco, Zach Galifianakis, and Michael Cera even made cameos. (MTV News)
+ Go call the governor, because Britney Spears will drop the "Work Bitch" video tomorrow! "Clear the way on TUESDAY, OCT 1ST for the world premiere of #WORKBxxCH on the @CW_network!," she tweeted. (MTV News)
+ Watch Ariana Grande's a cappella cover of Connie Francis' "Where The Boys Are." Though she forgot some of the words, it's still a sweet rendition. "Starting a new thing where every Friday night I'm going to post a video on YouTube of me singing something lullaby like," she tweeted. (Just Jared Jr.)
