Justin Bieber is like, SINGLE-HANDEDLY bringing the romance back. Seriously, we live in a culture that's so romance-free that we personally have to turn to vampire fiction featuring 100-plus-year-old undead relics of the last thread of chivalry to which we're desperately clinging. Justin Bieber, the modern-day Valentino, rented THE STAPLES CENTER on Friday night to watch "Titanic" and chow down on some delicious steak in a massive arena of peace and quiet with girlfriend Selena Gomez.

Before heading to enjoy dinner and a movie at an enormous empty venue a deux, the duo/patrons of the arts took in Selena's pal Demi Lovato's concert at the nearby Nokia Theater -- an adequate date in and of itself. We love that Bieber was so committed to doing something special for his lady that he essentially created the Russian nesting doll of dates -- a date WITHIN a date -- to show Selena he cares.

And, as if his throngs of screaming teen fangirls (we're officially entering that throng after this move, Bieber) weren't rabidly jealous of Selena enough as it is, he tweeted "Romance isn't dead. Treat your lady right fellas" after the date.

Here's to gentlemen like Justin Bieber! Justin, you can throw your spiffy Superdry leather jacket over a puddle for us any day, 'K? Now if you'll excuse me, I'm returning to my regular-girl life, which features me showing up to a blind date and Chipotle, where dude will inevitably "forget his wallet" and ask me to pay. Don't joke. It's happened.
