Big news for dance music fans: We're excited to announce the premiere of MTV Clubland, our new electronic dance music hour that spotlights the best in electronic music, from house and dubstep to trance and electro, and features in-depth coverage of artists such as David Guetta, deadmau5, Benny Benassi and Skrillex. Clubland airs every Thursday at 4 a.m. (aka prime clubbing hour) on MTV. And to celebrate, we've got the video premiere of electro-house producer Wolfgang Gartner's "Space Junk."

The video, directed by Steven Ilous (who did special effects for "The Matrix Reloaded" and "The Matrix Revolutions") is a cool time-lapse document of a typical Gartner show from initial setup to set apex, shot at Los Angeles' Avalon nightclub this past April. It's always fun to see the unsung heroes setting up an intricate light show/stage, but it's the crowd's energy during Gartner's set that's the highlight of the video. The track comes from Weekend In America, Gartner's official debut album after four years of releasing cult-status singles and EPs.

While unequivocally an EDM album, Weekend In America showcases Gartner's love of hip-hop, as Eve, Cam'ron, Jim Jones and will.i.am all hop on selected tracks. "I definitely listen to hip-hop more than I listen to dance music," Gartner told MTV News. "When I'm in my car, all I listen to is rap."
