Kelly Clarkson Forced To Cancel Remaining Tour Dates

She's gotta take a break, y'all.

Kelly Clarkson has to take a break. A long break. Though she's been killing it on the road during her Piece by Piece Tour, Clarkson's doctors have ordered her to be on vocal chill for the rest of the year.

Clarkson -- who announced during an August tour date that she's "totally pregnant" with her second child with husband Brandon Blackstock -- has been struggling with vocal issues all along the road. Two weeks ago she announced that a string of September dates would be canceled because her "doctors are saying I need to rest my voice!"

On Wednesday (Sept. 30) she shared the bad news that all of her remaining 2015 dates in Canada and the UK are also off.

"Regretfully, due to instruction of her doctor, Kelly Clarkson must remain on vocal rest for the remainder of the year resulting in the cancellation of her scheduled tour dates in Canada and the UK. All tickets will be refunded at the original point of purchase," read a statement on Clarkson's site.

"I am truly sorry that I have to cancel the remainder of my tour dates. I was so looking forward to sharing this tour with all my amazing fans in Canada and the UK. Unfortunately my doctor is telling me I have to stay on vocal rest, but I am working hard to get better as fast as possible."

The affected dates include 10 shows in Canada -- including the Canadian kick-off slated for tonight in Ottawa -- and 6 UK dates slated for November.

Clarkson has had vocal issues throughout the year, but that didn't stop her from giving it hear all every night on the tour, mixing greatest hits and busting out amazing covers at every stop, from the nightly takes on "Bang Bang" and "Uptown Funk" to awesome runs through songs by James Bay ("Scars"), Selena Gomez ("The Heart Wants What It Wants"), Maroon 5 ("Sunday Morning"), Madonna ("Take a Bow") and Demi Lovato ("Cool For Summer").

Oh, and Taylor, of course.
