While Nicki Minaj used to change her hair color on the regular, she's kept things consistently dark for the better part of a year. In February, she made a short-lived return to blonde for the "Throw Some Mo" video, but her lightened locks never made it out into the real world.

Luckily, that is not the case with her brand new 'do—blonde Barb is back!

After showing off a short red wig on Instagram last week, Nicki emerged IRL on Wednesday (Sept. 23)—and in London!—with blonde hair and bangs. Whether she got matching yellow nails to match her triumphant return is TBD, but we're gonna hope it was deliberate.

While Nicki looks incredible with any hair color—like, even leopard print—we're definitely feeling this blonde shade and hope we get to see more of it. Maybe Paris Fashion Week? Fingers crossed.
