Major spoilers for "The Scorch Trials" lie ahead!
In "Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials," a whole bunch of friendly, familiar faces make some pretty awesome cameos. Like Littlefinger from "Game of Thrones" (Aidan Gillen), for example, and Missandei from "Game of Thrones" (Nathalie Emmanuel), and Lili Taylor... not from "Game of Thrones."
But one cameo we weren't expecting at all came about halfway through the film -- "Firefly" star Alan Tudyk! Tudyk shows up about halfway through the film as the leader of a drug-fueled Crank party, and better yet, he gets absolutely pummeled by Jorge, AKA the amazing Giancarlo Esposito from "Breaking Bad."
"It's so good," Rosa Salazar, who is also in the scene, told MTV News with a laugh.
"I love it, really greatly" Esposito added. "I did really well, I'm only sorry I didn't miss more. I missed once and just grazed, hardly even grazed the tip of his nose. And I love Alan Tudyk -- he's a wonderful actor. And he went, 'No no, wait, wait a minute,' and I wanted to scream, 'KEEP GOING, ALAN! Otherwise, I'll beat the sh-t out of you.' He was great. I love him... I like to beat the crap out of people. But if I could beat anyone, on any day of the week, it would be Alan Tudyk."
Well, maybe go a little easy on him, Giancarlo. He has gone through this, after all:
"Maze Runner: The Scorch Trials" is in theaters now!
