Practically everyone is using dating apps to find a match -- even the students of Hester High on "Faking It." Like Shane, who met his current boyfriend Duke after recognizing him from the dating app "Stubble" at the beginning of Season 2.

Because they both still had active profiles on the app, a preoccupied Shane spent Monday's episode obsessing over Duke's habit of constantly using it. The reason the pair had decided not to be exclusive was to give the newly out-of-the-closet Duke a chance to explore the wide world of hooking up.

That didn't last long: Shane finally had to come clean about wanting Duke to "only be gay for [him]." After Shane finally opened up about his jealousy, the pair decided to log out, end their relationship's "open" style and be exclusive to each other. Turns out, both guys were only using the app to keep tabs on each other!
