That's right: Gucci Mane is writing an autobiography, and it should be out by the end of 2016, according to the man himself.

I know what you might be thinking: Wait, isn't Guwop in jail?

Yes. Yes he is. But that's OK, it seems -- at least in terms of the telling of his life story. In fact, maybe (probably?) he's been penning much of it while behind bars, which is where he's been since September 2013 on weapons charges.

Gucci has a fascinating story, and his telling it from his own perspective will certainly be revealing and intriguing. The rap world -- and, let's be honest, the world at large -- should be excited for this one. And, well, fans are.
