For most people, the thought of filming a sex scene for national television is nightmare fuel, right up there with teeth falling out and showing up to school totally naked. But for Lady Gaga, the sex scene is something to be celebrated -- especially if it's a blood orgy. So why not show up dressed for the part?

During a recent set visit to "American Horror Story: Hotel," Entertainment Weekly witnessed Gaga -- playing the Hotel Cortez's Countess -- filming a foursome with Matt Bomer (who plays the Countess' long-time lover Donovan) and two randos, who end up ice-cold and covered in their own blood by the end of the party. And according to the series' creator Ryan Murphy, she showed up on set dressed and ready for "action!"

“She’s the only actress I think I’ve worked with who wanted to do more explicit stuff than was written,” Murphy told the mag. “You write a foursome for her and you expect a lot of questions. She never did that. She showed up and she was wearing diamond pasties, a Band-Aid on her hoo-ha, heels, and a black veil that Alexander McQueen made for her on the day before his death. Then the crew gasped in delight and we were off!”

EW also notes that Gaga writhed "around on the bed like a famished animal" during the foursome, and cheered for Bomer to draw more blood from the doomed whenever she wasn't filming. Sounds like our kind of gal!
