After seven years of dating, Ali and Andrew broke up two years ago. Now, they're sharing their uncensored post-breakup story with the world in a new heart-wrenching video released Tuesday, September 1.

Glamour teamed up with The Skin Deep to produce the heartstring-tugging vid for a documentary series called "The And," which exposes the best and worst parts of modern love.

For the series, exes ask each other brutally honest questions about what went right and wrong in their time together. Ali and Andrew are just one of several couples who've participated, and their conversation is going viral because it hits home for every person who's ever been on the roller coaster of emotions that is a relationship.

Ali opens the video without holding back: "Why did you cheat on me so many times?"

Andrew's simple answer? "I think I was interested in other options."

Turns out there's more to the story than just that, though. The two sit across from each other and talk it out. They explain their perspectives and share their happiest memories together.

"I don't have the answers," Andrew eventually admits.
