2015 is shaping up to be The Year of Many Celeb Break-Ups, but one of our very favorite couples is still holding strong -- and cute -- as ever right now.

Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze, Jr. just rang in their 13th wedding anniversary in a very public way that has us doing sobby claps so hard right now because love is still totally alive.

It all started when Buffy SMG posted this adorable wedding photo from their first day of marital bliss (of their 4,745 and counting ...) and shared a lovey dovey poetry snippet so full of sweet that it had to be a part of their vow exchange.

"I love you not only for what you are, but for what I am when I am with you. I love you not only for what you have made of yourself, but for what you are making of me," she capped the pic, making the poem's author, Roy Croft, so very proud and also confused because it's not often you get to see a groom go shoeless for the first dance.

For his part, Freddie then threw in a cheeky wink to his wife to celebrate their marriage officially being in its teenage years. "All with minor casualties," he replied on Twitter. "Go us!!!"

Yes, GO YOU. Because guys, we need this one to keep working out to keep our hearts from going splat like a scene from a bad horror movie.
