Do You Remember Everyone Who's Ever Won A Hip-Hop Video VMA?

Between Best Hip-Hop Video and Best Rap Video, there have been a ton.

Hip-hop is poised for a big night at the 2015 MTV VMAs.

Between Kendrick Lamar's multiple nominations -- some for his own work, some for his collab with Taylor Swift -- a strong rap representation in the Best Video With A Social Message category, and performances from Nicki Minaj, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis and A$AP Rocky, the show might be a memorable hip-hop fest.

And who will take home the Best Hip-Hop Video award? Fetty Wap, Nicki Minaj, Kendrick Lamar, Wiz Khalifa and Big Sean are all up for the coveted Moonman, and whoever wins will be carrying on an impressive torch.

So, before the show gets under way on Sunday, we decided to look back at all of the winners of Best Hip-Hop Video and Best Rap Video (a category which was discontinued in 2006).

Drake featuring Majid Jordan "Hold On (We're Going Home)" (2014 Best Hip-Hop Video)

Aubrey's "Scarface"-like video for his sung hit took home a Moonman last year.

Macklemore & Ryan Lewis featuring Ray Dalton "Can't Hold Us" (2013 Best Hip-Hop Video)

The duo's huge year wouldn't have been right without a VMA victory, and their epic video was the one to make it happen.

Drake featuring Lil Wayne "HYFR" (2012 Best Hip-Hop Video)

None of us were invited to Drake's Bar Mitzvah, but thanks to this video, we were all kinda there.

Nicki Minaj "Super Bass" (2011 Best Hip-Hop Video)

Nicki's crossover smash has over half a billion views on YouTube.

Eminem "Not Afraid" (2010 Best Hip-Hop Video)

Another in a long line of inspirational Em videos was also another in a long line of his VMA wins.

Eminem "We Made You" (2009 Best Hip-Hop Video)

I hope you're prepared for a running theme.

Lil Wayne "Lollipop" (2008 Best Hip-Hop Video)

After a year off from giving out the Best Hip-Hop video award, the Moonman returned, and was taken home by Tunechi and his party-happy hit.

Chamillionaire featuring Krayzie Bone "Ridin'" (2006 Best Rap Video)

Wrestling and running from cops helped Cham take home a Moonman in the last year of the Best Rap Video.

Black Eyed Peas "My Humps" (2006 Best Hip-Hop Video)

Fergie was very Fergalicious in this one.

Ludacris "Number One Spot" (2005 Best Rap Video)

Luda has a history of creative videos, though this was the only VMA he took home.

Missy Elliott featuring Ciara & Fat Man Scoop "Lose Control" (2005 Best Hip-Hop Video)

Basically all of Missy's videos will make you lose control.

1999 MTV Video Music Awards

Somehow, this video has been scrubbed from the Internet entirely -- but you can never scrub away that win.

OutKast "Hey Ya!" (2004 Best Hip-Hop Video)

Andre 3000 playing every member of the band? Yeah, that's a win. And probably something he could pull off.

50 Cent "In Da Club" (2003 Best Rap Video)

We should all probably be on 50's workout plan.

Missy Elliott "Work It" (2003 Best Hip-Hop Video)

"Is it worth it," Missy asks on the track? Yes. Yes it is.

Eminem "Without Me" (2002 Best Rap Video)

Superhero Marshall? Check.

Jennifer Lopez featuring Ja Rule "I'm Real (Remix)" (2002 Best Hip-Hop Video)

J. Lo's pink outfit and Ja's white shirt and headband? Classic stuff.

Nelly "Ride Wit Me" (2001 Best Rap Video)

Nelly chills in a hammock here. I wanna ride wit that kinda livin'.

OutKast "Ms. Jackson" (2001 Best Hip-Hop Video)

Cats, dogs, owls, fire and rain. Forever? Forever ever? Ever ever?

Dr. Dre featuring Eminem "Forgot about Dre" (2000 Best Rap Video)

One of our first tastes of the collaborative powers of Dre and Em -- and Marshall's craziness, like burning down a house -- was one for the ages.

Sisqó "Thong Song" (2000 Best Hip-Hop Video)

Can you say cultural phenomenon?

Jay-Z featuring Ja Rule & Amil "Can I Get A..." (1999 Best Rap Video)

Yes, Hov. You can get one, and another, and another and another. He never slowed down after this one.

Beastie Boys "Intergalactic" (1999 Best Hip-Hop Video)

The Beasties were outta this world with this one.

Will Smith "Gettin' Jiggy Wit It" (1998 Best Rap Video)

Can we bring this dance back, or what?

The Notorious B.I.G. "Hypnotize" (1997 Best Rap Video)

Biggie went into full on movie mode for the visuals for this hit.

Coolio & LV - "Gangsta's Paradise" (1996 Best Rap Video)

Coolio rapping directly into Michelle Pfeiffer's face is probably something we probably won't see again.

Dr. Dre "Keep Their Heads Ringin'" (1995 Best Rap Video)

Dre gets everyone dancing -- even the authorities -- in this Friday and heist-inspired video.

Snoop Doggy Dogg "Doggy Dogg World" (1994 Best Rap Video)

Still the same old Snoop.

Arrested Development - "People Everyday" (1993 Best Rap Video)

The hip-hop collective went back to back long before Drake thanks to this feel good anthem.

Arrested Development "Tennessee" (1992 Best Rap Video)

Is this the official state song yet?

LL Cool J "Mama Said Knock You Out" (1991 Best Rap Video)

You probably don't wanna step in the ring with LL.

MC Hammer "U Can't Touch This" (1990 Best Rap Video)

Will the Hammer Pants ever not be fun to look at?

DJ Jazzy Jeff & The Fresh Prince "Parents Just Don't Understand" (1989 Best Rap Video)

More than 25 years later, they still don't understand.
