11 Makeup Jedis Who Turned Themselves Into ‘Star Wars’ Characters

The Force is strong with these artists.

A lot of people don't think that "Star Wars" and makeup go together. Well, they are 100 percent wrong and they should feel bad about it, because nothing is more fun than taking your geeky hobby and turning it glam. Heck, next week Covergirl is even launching a limited edition line of "Star Wars"-themed lipsticks, mascaras, nail polishes and eyeliners.

You don't need officially licensed makeup to live out your "Star Wars" fantasies, of course (even though I'm totally going to buy all of it, NGL). But if you're hoping to transform yourself completely into one of the characters from this iconic science fiction franchise, you're going to need a lot of patience, and skill.

Luckily these makeup artists have all the necessary materials and training to become true cosmetic jedis, and their transformations will leave you totally speechless.

Yoda

Looks completely different, Claire Bryant does.

Emperor Palpatine

Dang, that's all grease pant? You've definitely got some badass sith makeup powers, Ingelaviola.

R2-D2

Kattspalette really outdid herself with this amazing paint job!

Stormtroopers

Keyshma Sosa not only has a name that sounds like it belongs in the "Star Wars" universe, but she's also great at transforming herself into "Star Wars" icons.

Darth Maul

It's really hard to come to terms with the fact that those horns aren't real and are totally painted on. Good job, Chantalpaints!

Padmé Amidala

GirlGreatBeauty looks exactly like Natalie Portman, gosh.

Boba Fett

Seriously, dang, Keyshma Sosa.

Jar Jar Binks

Gah! This art by Les pinceaux de Caro is incredible, but MAN is it unsettling.

Darth Vader

The Force is clearly strong with chefenbaby.

The Death Star

Not a makeup look for your face exactly, but what's the point of having a bun in the oven if you can't have fun with it? See, Helen gets it.

Finally, "Star Wars" lips!

It's probably tough to keep on your face, but these amazing mini works of art by Andeedoll is so creative and amazing. R2 would totally approve.
