Kim Kardashian and her nephew Mason spent some quality time together this weekend making the day of one deserving little lady.

On Sunday (Aug. 23), Kim and the always adorable (but un-pictured here) Mase paid a visit to a Make-a-Wish recipient named Anissa, and Kim shared the pic of herself and her new pal on Twitter, writing "Mason & I spent the day with this beautiful soul, Anissa! Thank you Make-A-Wish for this special day!"

Kim had just returned from a family vacation to St. Barth's, where she had some fun in the sun with her sisters Kylie and Kendall Jenner -- but the pregnant reality star, who's currently expecting her second child with husband Kanye West, had to sit out some of the group's outdoorsy activities such as jet-skiiing and jet-packing.

The "Keeping Up" star is no stranger to paying her biggest fans a visit, even without the charitable set-up involved; in August, she made one of her superfans' birthday dreams come true by surprising her in New Orleans with selfies and sneakers and songs from little North.

Back then, she'd promised her trip would not be the last and that she intended to hang with more of her "little dolls soon."
