7 Major Questions 'Pretty Little Liars' Still Needs To Answer After The 'A' Reveal

We know who 'A' is, but now it's time for 'Pretty Little Liars' to answer these other questions.

"Pretty Little Liars" tried its best to tie up loose ends during its midseason finale, "Game Over, Charles." Despite getting some very important answers -- hey, CeCe is A! -- we were still left hanging over some of Rosewood's other mysteries.

Here are some questions we still need answered after last night's shocking finale:

Who killed Mrs. DiLaurentis?

According to co-creator Marlene King, this is still a mystery because reasons. "That's the one thing we don't solve when we give you all the [other] answers," King told EW, implying that it might haunt Ali and the Liars in season 6B. "But Charlotte buried Mrs. D."

Are the #winemoms still trapped in that damn basement?

ABC Family

LESLEY FERA, NIA PEEPLES, LAURA LEIGHTON, HOLLY MARIE COMBS

A and/or Sara Harvey locked the Liars' moms in the DiLaurentis basement to keep them from checking in on their daughters during the barn prom... but did they ever manage to get out? That's still TBD.

How does CeCe know Sara Harvey?

ABC Family

Sara Harvey

Was her imprisonment all one giant ruse? Looks that way. We know Sara was both Red Coat and Black Widow, but how did she meet CeCe? And why the hell would she help her carry out her nefarious plan?

How could Mona not know CeCe was A?

ABC Family

Mona Vanderwaal on Pretty Little Liars

We understand that Radley pumped Mona full of drugs when she got to there, but if she was lucid enough to help CeCe escape, is it really feasible that she wouldn't remember a damn thing? It just doesn't add up.

Why did Wren sign a visitor pass for CeCe when CeCe was a patient?

ABC Family

wren

Clearly, Wren is a shady dude, and his involvement in all of this wasn't explained -- but remember when he made a visitor pass for CeCe? Now, it's possible he never met Charlotte in Radley, but wouldn't the people who worked in Radley recognize her? And why was Wren coloring that photo of a happy family laughing near a barn? That looked pretty suspicious.

What's the significance of September 7th?

ABC Family

Sara Harvey

Was that entire cupcake story made up by Sara to get the Liars inside A's control room?

Who was Melissa talking to the night Ali disappeared?

PLL Gif

Jason said he saw Melissa talking to CeCe the night Alison disappeared, but CeCe says it wasn’t her, so who the eff are we supposed to believe? Is it possible he saw Bethany Young, instead? But why would Melissa be talking to Bethany? THAT'S CLEARLY CECE, THOUGH.

It wouldn't be the only time we found a hole in CeCe's story. Remember when she said Bethany pushed Ms. Cavanaugh off the roof at Radley? Well, that doesn't exactly match up to Toby's own memory of his mother. Back in season 4, Toby recalled an instance when he confided in Ali about his mom's illness -- and, being Ali, she laughed at him. Not only did we see Toby's mom in this flashback, but Toby and Ali were significantly older than Charles and Bethany were on the rooftop. So whose story do we trust more: Toby's or CeCe's?
