Is This Really How The Drake And Meek Mill Beef Ends?

We wanted more music.

Just a week ago, Drake vs. Meek Mill was the most interesting conversation in hip-hop -- especially after Drizzy launched the third prong of his strategic Meek takedown plan during OVO Fest -- but it looks like this is finally tapering off.

The Toronto rapper got fans excited that he might drop a third dis track called "3 Peat," but it's been over seven days with no sign of it.

Instead, Meek has continued to lob insults while on the road with Nicki Minaj, and during the Squamish Valley Music Festival in Vancouver, CA, over the weekend, Drake told the crowd that, "I'm the Canadian guy making all the American guys mad."

So, that's it?

It seems like anyone who wanted more battle rap from Meek or Drake might be disappointed. The tracks are still coming, just not from them.

This week, Meek even removed his "Wanna Know" dis track from Soundcloud, possibly because of copyright infringement accusations from the WWE.

Meanwhile, Drake's two releases, "Back to Back" and "Charged Up," are actually doing well on the music charts and radio -- but this seems like a slightly anti-climatic ending. Or, is it just me?

On Tuesday, Meek allegedly posted a long message on Instagram, explaining that he doesn't feel a need to prove himself, but he reportedly deleted it very soon afterwards.

Instead, he's just continued to post photos of himself hanging with his dream girl, Nicki. The memes and OVO Fest were cool, but I think we were all hoping Meek would snap back at least one more time. Hopefully, you had fun while it lasted.
