The Definitive Ranking Of Jennifer Lawrence's On-Screen Love Interests
As one of the most magnetic personalities in Hollywood, Jennifer Lawrence doesn't need an on-screen love interest. She's plenty compelling on her own. But that doesn't mean we don't like seeing JLaw embrace her sexual side from time to time.
From "The Hunger Games" series to her Oscar-winning turn in "Silver Linings Playbook," Lawrence has gotten to kiss some very handsome men, but which fellas were worthy of her love? We've ranked JLaw's on-screen love interests to find out which boo was the best boo.
Irving, "American Hustle" (played by Christian Bale)
OK, so JLaw was a bit of a crazy in this movie, but that doesn't warrant cheating on her. Not cool, Irving.
Jacob, "Like Crazy" (played by Anton Yelchin)
She ironed his jeans and this fool still broke up with her. Suddenly, "Like Crazy" seems like a perfectly appropriate name because you'd have to be crazy to breakup with JLaw. Who else are you going to find in life who looks THAT GOOD in your button-down shirt? No one. That's who.
Gale, "The Hunger Games" (played by Liam Hemsworth)
Props to Liam Hemsworth for giving Gale an actual personality -- and a swoon-worthy jawline -- in the film adaptations of Suzanne Collins' "Hunger Games" trilogy. As much as we love Peeta, it's really hard not to want to see these two kiss on-screen, like, every other second. That being said, Gale's actions in "Mockingjay" are really inexcusable. So, sorry bro.
Pemberton. "Serena" (played by Bradley Cooper)
Honestly, we know very little about this movie other than it reunites Lawrence with her on-screen partner in crime, Bradley Cooper. From the trailer, we can guess that this is some epic love story or something? Per the synopsis, he risks his "timber empire" to marry Serena. So we guess Pemberton seems, uh, nice.
Porter, "The Beaver" (played by Anton Yelchin)
Yelchin was a slightly more worthy love interest in this delayed indie. In "The Beaver," co-starring Mel Gibson, Lawrence was "more than just a girl with a dead brother" -- oh, and she made him a mural. Yelchin and Lawrence clearly have amazing chemistry because that kiss was spectacular.
Erik, "X-Men: First Class" and "X-Men: Days Of Future Past" (played by Michael Fassbender)
Ohmygod we've never wanted to see two beautiful people make out more. Sometimes, sexual tension trumps everything else -- and this is one of those times. If only Erik wasn't such a baddie. SIGH. Lucky for us, "X-Men: Apocalypse will place Magneto and Mystique -- and their chemistry" -- "front and center."
Hank, "X-Men: First Class" (played by Nicholas Hoult)
Listen, we love Nicholas Hoult -- and obviously, so does Lawrence because she and Hoult dated on and off for more than three years IRL. Therefore, these two clearly have insane chemistry. But! Raven needs a man who's unafraid to be himself, flaws and all. Let's see what Hank brings to the table in "X-Men: Apocalypse."
Peeta, "The Hunger Games" series (played by Josh Hutcherson)
Peeta! So cute! So loyal! Like a puppy, really. Barring any brainwashing (we're looking at you, Snow), Peeta is a great guy for Katniss. He'd do anything for her -- even risk his own life.
Pat, "Silver Linings Playbook" (played by Bradley Cooper)
Lawrence and Cooper have amazing on-screen chemistry -- there's a reason they've starring in multiple movies together -- but nothing quite compares to the magic that is "Silver Linings Playbook." Pat and Tiffany are perfect for each other, and honestly, if you disagree, you can GTFO.
