Air Jordan Is Finally Releasing Its Drake Collaboration

And it's soon!

Almost two years ago—86 weeks, to be exact—Drake announced that OVO would be joining the Air Jordan family. He teased two pairs of sneakers—Stingray 10s and 12s—in black and white colorways.

In January of 2015—a year after the initial announcement, mind you—Drake gave away two pairs at Drake Night at the Toronto Raptors game. On eBay, the sneakers were going for $100,000. The interest in the collaboration was, obviously, very high.

Then, in April, the 10s dropped unexpectedly in extremely limited quantities at the OVO popup in L.A. While more than two pairs were available, they were still #VERYRARE and quickly snatched up at $225 a pop.

Well, after the long—very long!!!!—wait, Jordan and OVO have heard our cries and are finally releasing the highly-anticipated collab. Speculative consensus around the interwebz seems to be that the first to drop will be the Air Jordan 10 in white.

While we have yet to see price points, what #blessed retailers will be carrying them, and what we're actually in for, we barely even care because, LBR, after waiting 86 weeks, any news is good news.
