Nick Cannon does it all. He acts, he tells jokes, he raps and produces television -- MTV2's "Wild 'N Out" is our favorite. Yes, Nick is something like a superhero, but sometimes the larger-than-life comedian gets reminded that he is only human.

On Wednesday night, Cannon posted an Instagram picture of himself from a hospital bed and while Nick appears to be fine he realized that while he does it all, he can't always do it all.

"Dont worry, Temporary pit stop... Sometimes I can be a little too bull headed and stubborn. I gotta stop running my body to the ground. I be wanting to grind nonstop but the engine can't run on fumes," he wrote to caption his photo.

But not even a hospital bed could stop Nick from cracking jokes. "On the low though, I really think I'm a super hero," he shared, before delivering the punch line. "Now I'm not saying I'm Batman, but I am saying nobody has ever seen me and Batman in the same room together. LOL #ImGood."
