Ariana Grande Puts Donutgate Behind Her With This Divalicious Mashup: Watch

Oh, and she called the USA 'the greatest country in the world,' thankyouverymuch.

Just a couple weeks after making out with a donut and putting her patriotism up for national debate (blown out of proportion much?), Ariana Grande got back to business as usual, cat ears and all.

The 21-year-old resumed her Honeymoon Tour in Tampa, Fla., last night (July 16) to remind us why her name is REALLY headline-worthy: pure, indisputable talent.

Onstage, Ari subtly addressed the scandal by assuring everyone she’s a proud American and calling the USA “the greatest country in the world.”

She then proceeded to gift Arianators an epic Whitney Houston/Madonna mashup, paying homage to two of the greats before her.

The five-minute arrangement began with a slowed-down, sultry rendition of Whitney’s “I’m Every Woman,” before kicking things up a notch with Madge’s “Vogue.” Ari paired the latter song with some seriously killer choreography, strutting around the stage as she flipped her signature ponytail and slapped her backup dancer (all in good fun, don’t worry).

As far as silencing the haters goes, we’d say Ariana is straight-up #winning, giving a performance that truly cements her status as a legend-in-the-making. Keep slaying, patriot!
