Every "Wild 'N Out" cast member is different -- in more ways than one. But they all have one big thing in common: A thirst to perform.

In this video, the cast of Nick Cannon's new show share how they first discovered their entertainer's instinct.

Some got started as musicians. Some were rap battle veterans. Some were just trying to impress girls, and some are just straight-up attention-loving weirdos with a deep need to get crazy in front of a camera.

And Blair Christian? She's always been in it for the free food. Same, girl. Same.

Cannon's "Wild 'N Out" squad also dished on how they landed the coveted gig. For Lauren Flans, it was a self-fulfilled prophecy.

"I literally had said to friends before, 'My career goal is to be on Wild 'N Out.'" Now that's what you call ~destiny~.
