Imagine arriving for the annual July 4th party at Billy Joel's massive Long Island estate (wait, it gets better) and suddenly: you're the guest at a wedding.

That's just what happened yesterday when Joel surprised party-goers by exchanging vows with equestrian Alexis Roderick. And who presided over the ceremony? New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, naturally. When you're the Piano Man, you roll out the big guns for your special day.

According to People, actor Kevin James and Joel's daughter (with ex-wife Christie Brinkley) Alexa Ray were also in attendance.

We're going to assume there was a "Downeaster Alexa/Alexis" dance-off during the reception. Double congrats to the happy couple, who are expecting a baby this summer.
