"Game of Thrones" has been telling us about winter coming for, like, a million years now, but what do we do now that it's warming up outside?

In the new video "Shame of Thrones," we get a look at the horrors endured by women trying to prepare for the most daunting season of them all: summer. The parody takes a critical look at all of the blood, sweat and tears (pretty literally, in many cases) that go into getting ready for bathing suit season. Teeny bikinis, shaving, running, googling impossible diets, even saran wrap ... it's all there, appropriately set to the HBO series' dramatic theme music:

By trading the human heads of "GoT" for heads of lettuce, the video shows the ridiculous lengths women go to when trying to live up to society's unfair standards for their appearances.

And it gets better. We won't give away the ending for you, but just like any real "Game of Thrones" episode, there's quite a twist at the end -- one that's both worthy of a laugh and really hammers home the video's point.
