These days it feels like Kanye West has been popping up here, there, and everywhere, but Yeezus is ready to take a break from the spotlight and really focus on his music and family.

And, he quoted a bit of Drake to get his point across.

'Ye phoned in to Hot 97 on Thursday afternoon, Jun. 11, to dispel a ridiculous rumor that he'd kicked people out of a party at Chuck E. Cheese, but eventually he got to some good stuff.

He admitted that he's looking to take a few steps back at the moment. “I wanna take some time to really focus on my album, focus on this next collection, focus on my family, focus on North’s birthday and then be able to re-charge and bring something of value," he said.

“I’m completely boring. I’m so boring, all I do is go to the studio everyday."

And, to put it in Drake terms that we would all understand, Kanye explained that basically, “I’m ridin' through the burbs with no woes. I’m not going nowhere with no woes."

That does sound insanely boring.

Elsewhere he revealed that he'd love to be friends with Golden State Warriors player Steph Curry ("I'm sure the world would love to see Steph in some Yeezys") and he doesn't understand why people don't understand creatives. But you already knew this.

“Ya’ll be calling my daughter’s name ‘weird,’ like her name should be some that name you heard before," he said. "I don’t like to say ‘weird’ when something is innovative and fresh. I hate the fact that creatives be put down so much and put in a position where they cant speak out loud. That’s they reason why the world be ugly."
