'Pretty Little Liars': Well, Now We Know Who's NOT 'A'

There's a new guy in Rosewood, and we don't trust him one bit.

The Liars needed to heal on tonight's episode of "Pretty Little Liars," and heal they did. Of course, their coping mechanisms varied from extreme to manic.

Not only did "PLL" handle the Liars' pain responsibly and believably, but the episode also gave Spencer, Emily, Hanna and Aria time to cope separately. After what went down in A's dollhouse, the girls needed their space -- and tbh, it was refreshing to see the them come to terms with their new reality on their own (and with their mothers, for once).

Here are the craziest, most heart-stopping moments from season six, episode two ("Songs of Innocence"):

Andrew gets busted.

ABC Family

BRANDON JONES - PLL - Andrew

While we're still not sold on the "Andrew is Charles DiLaurentis" theory (it's too easy, okay?!), we're not denying there's something shady about Aria's former study buddy. We definitely think he's on #TeamCharles, but there's no way he's the Big Bad.

Hanna redecorates.

ABC Family

ASHLEY BENSON, SHAY MITCHELL

All of the Liars coped in their own ways this week, and Hanna found solace in tearing her room apart. She called in Caleb to help her redecorate, but it was clear from the start Hanna just needed to grieve -- one wallpaper strip at a time. Bless Caleb for being the best boyfriend in the history of fictional boyfriends because oh my god the patience he has is remarkable.

After Hanna totally lost her chill over her room, Ashley checked in on her daughter in her tragically bare bedroom. Hanna told her mom about the games A played with them in the dollhouse (flashbacks included): truth or dare, who do you love more me or her, and who deserves water today. THOSE GAME DON'T SOUND FUN AT ALL.

Aria lies.

ABC Family

TYLER BLACKBURN, SHAY MITCHELL, ASHLEY BENSON, LUCY HALE, TROIAN BELLISARIO

Aria, whose trauma has inspired her to pick up photography, also spent some quality time with her mom in this episode -- quality time lying, natch. Aria was so desperate to pin down Andrew for the crime, she lied to the prosecutor, telling her she saw Andrew's face one time during her time in the dollhouse. For a girl who's told so many lies in her short life, you'd think she'd be a lot better at it but NOPE. The lawyer clearly knew Aria was lying, given her frantic behavior, and it did nothing to help her case against Andrew. Without a witness who can put Andrew at the scene of the crime, it's going to be pretty hard to convince a jury he did it -- even with the evidence they have tying him to the crime, which includes a note on how Ali and the Liars "represented the feminization of society." Innnteresting.

Aria seemed hellbent on seeing Andrew behind bars -- and we don't blame her. After all, she did kinda date the guy. Homegirl really knows how to pick him, huh?

Emily gets fired up.

ABC Family

SHAY MITCHELL, PLL

Emily got locked and loaded this week. Out of all of the Liars, Em displayed the most anger. She was mad as hell -- and we don't blame her! So, she snuck into her dad's safe, pulled out her dad's handgun and went total "American Sniper" at the gun range. Needless to say, Pam was not happy when she found out, and she was especially upset when she caught Em in the act a second time. It was this moment that Emily decided to drop a bomb on us: she told Paige not to come home. Brb, our Paily hearts are breaking.

When Emily wasn't scaring the s--t out of us with a firearm, she was bonding with Sara Harvey. Em was the only Liar to visit Sara in the hospital, so when Sara ran away to Rosewood, it was Emily she came looking for. Sara told Pam and Emily that her mom was happier with her gone and that she didn't have a home to go home to. Is it possible Charles singled Sara out because he knew no one would come looking? Sara mentions being hit on the head, which sounds eerily similar to Ali's incident. (Does Charles have a thing for hitting people over the head with rocks?) Sara also told Emily that she didn't think Andrew was A... YOU DON'T SAY.

Also, did anyone else feel like Em was considering a career path in the Army a la her dad? Or maybe she was just seeking comfort in something familiar. Either way, she looked good in that Army camo.

Spencer can't sleep.

ABC Family

KEEGAN ALLEN, TROIAN BELLISARIO

Poor Spencer. She's had quite a history with prescription drugs on the show, so we weren't too surprised when Veronica told her she asked the doctor not to give her any anti-anxiety medication. Unfortunately, Spencer couldn't sleep without it. Hence why Spencer spent most of the episode jonesing for more anti-anxiety meds. But at least she had a picnic with Toby to take her mind off things for a few hours. The abs are a great distraction.

To get her fix, Spencer stole Aria's meds, but she never got the chance to use them. While she was in her room debating, Veronica came in to check on her -- and she also proved that she's one of the best parents in Rosewood by staying up and watching movies with her "until she falls asleep." Awww Mama Hastings, you're the best.

Ali finds herself a beau and we don't trust him one bit.

ABC Family

Ali, Pretty Little Liars

We're not entirely sure why "PLL" decided to give Ali a boyfriend in season six -- or why it's yet another OLDER, GROWN ASS MAN -- but whatever. We don't trust Lorenzo. Let us count all of the ways we don't trust him: one, he's new to Rosewood (that's never a good sign), two, he's Toby's partner and three, he seemed awfully interested in getting to know the infamous Alison DiLaurentis. Also, it's pretty shady that he came to Rosewood after the girls, including Sara Harvey, were found. Suspicious timing, no?
