50 Cent Got To Guide Meryl Streep Through Her First NBA Game

Best coach ever?

We're used to seeing photos of celebrities schmoozing and smiling for the cameras at sporting events, but what do they actually talk about? That's what we want to know. And 50 Cent filled us in a bit, during a visit to "Jimmy Kimmel Live!"

Fif was photographed sitting next to Meryl Streep at a Knicks game back in 2014 -- which was all kinds of unexpected -- and we finally got the scoop about they were chatting about. And, even better, we learned that Kobe Bryant still gets starstruck around A-list actresses.

50 explained that it was Meryl's very first time at an NBA game, so after asking her to blow some stardust on him, he basically took care of her.

"It was her first live basketball game and it was fun because she didn’t know what was going on," he explained. "As soon as I realized she didn’t know what was going on, I was like, 'Hey, don’t worry just come with me. This is gonna be cool.'”

Streep's poor husband got left out of the fun, since all of the photos only showed her and the Queens rapper hanging at the game. “She must’ve sent something out that said, 'Make sure he's cropped out of every photo,'" Fif said, laughing.

Backstage, they chatted up Kobe Bryant and 50 made fun of him a bit, explaining that the Lakers player changed his cadence and speech pattern completely when Streep unexpectedly showed up behind him. "She has such a strong aura, that people are different around her," he said.

See Fif's Kobe impersonation in the video above. And below, watch him spoof the popular "Air Bud" series.
