Blake Lively Is Now A Fashion Designer And Of Course Her First Dresses Are Flawless

See Blake model the first pieces from her gorgeous new line.

Have you ever woken up in the morning and thought, “I wish I was Blake Lively today?” Or even just, “I wish I had Blake Lively’s closet today?” Of course you have; the girl’s a bona fide fashion icon, constantly dazzling on red carpets and sidewalks alike.

That’s exactly why we’re SO, SO PUMPED that our fantasy of stealing her impeccable wardrobe is one step closer to coming a reality. The “Age of Adaline” star is launching a fashion line, something she casually did in between raising a newborn daughter, releasing a new movie, being married to Deadpool, and all the millions of other things she excels at.

Blake’s line is part of a collaboration with her lifestyle website, Preserve, and Armour Vert, an eco-chic brand that focuses on sustainability and has a zero-waste design philosophy. The 27-year-old took to Instagram to tease her new business venture, sharing a pic of the first piece she helped design — and it’s exquisitely tailor-made for summer.

Blake captioned her snap, “I may not be able to draw worth a lick, but I am proud of this dress I co-designed with Amour Vert,” and also encouraged followers to send selfies of them wearing the dress if they decide to splurge for it.

The flirty frock is constructed from silk (aka probably super lightweight and comfy as heck) and has an ivory tie front and a full, printed skirt. Dubbed the “Champagne Dress,” it can be preordered for $230 on Preserve.

Because she clearly recognized our thirst for more sneak peeks at her designs, Blake followed up with another pic of herself and jewelry designer Ofira Sandberg modeling a jumpsuit and dress in matching tropical prints.

In the caption, Blake revealed the pieces are part of a collection she co-designed with contemporary lifestyle brand Sam & Lavi. The “Natalie Jumpsuit” and halter-top “Elisa Dress” are also available on Preserve for $275 and $265, respectively.

Judging by these first couple designs, it appears Blake is fully committed to bringing her pristine style to the masses. Thanks for our new summer fashion inspo, girl!
