Set years before Rose Byrne heard "Tiptoe Through the Tulips" in her living room, the movie focuses on Quinn Brenner (Stefanie Scott) and her father, Sean (Dermot Mulroney), as they deal with a supernatural entity that Quinn initially thinks is her mother. (Spoiler alert: that ain't your mom, girl.)
