More bad news for Flavor Flav.
The Public Enemy member was arrested early Thursday morning in Las Vegas on allegations of driving under the influence, speeding, possessing less than an ounce of marijuana and having an open container of alcohol, according to the Associated Press. He was also driving with a suspended license and registration.
In addition to this recent arrest, Flav, whose real name is William Drayton Jr., was stopped for speeding and charged with driving with a suspended license in New York in January 2014.
Two months later, he was sentenced to a year of informal probation and ordered to complete 12 counseling sessions for a misdemeanor attempted battery charge from 2012.
The AP reports that he posted bail shortly after Thursday's arrest.
