The tension has certainly been building between Amber and her ex Gary -- from an awkward run-in with G's girlfriend Kristina at Leah's school to his baby news. And on this week's "Teen Mom OG" episode, A couldn't hold in her frustrations toward her former partner any longer, and the duo engaged in a heated conversation. The main cause of contention: Gary's flirtatious texts and phone calls to Amber, hot on the heels of announcing he's about to become a father again.

"I was confused; I was sad," the 24-year-old reflects in the "Teen Mom OG: Featured Moment" below. "I didn't understand how he thinks. I couldn't understand it."

Understandably, Amber wished that their discussion went differently.

"I wanted him to come over, and I wanted to talk to him face-to-face and say, 'This is done. This has to stop. You know what you're doing -- let's just stop.'"
