The New 'Jurassic World' Trailer Has Our Rapt(or) Attention: Watch It Now

Chaos theory dictates you should watch this.

On June 12, the park is officially open... But maybe we can FastPass it, and check out a little sneak peak at "Jurassic World," right here, right now.

The highly anticipated sequel features Chris Pratt as Owen Grady, a man who seems to have a special bond with the highly dangerous raptors, and Bryce Dallas Howard as Claire Dearing, a woman who is doing your regular assortment of messing with nature's laws when things go horribly wrong. The movie is directed by Colin Trevorrow ("Safety Not Guaranteed") and looks flippin' awesome.

The basic gist of plot? Years after John Hammond made a mess of things in the first "Jurassic Park," and then another mess of things on Site B in "The Lost World," and then a fine mess of things in "Jurassic Park III*," someone has finally figured it all out. With Jurassic World a success but interest flagging -- I mean dinosaurs, who cares, right? -- the ad wizards who came up with this one decide to genetically modify a dinosaur to be the smartest, most vicious killer the world has ever seen.

What could possiblie go wrong? Heh. PossibLY go wrong. That's... The first thing that's ever gone wrong.

In addition to the trailer, check out three new posters, including one that is giving us serious qualms about our life choice to not join a dinosaur biker gang.
