Once in a while, a musical nugget will come around that will make you question everything you thought you knew about music. This is not that. But it's pretty close.

Someone named YITT mashed up Carly Rae Jepsen's "I Really Like You" with Nine Inch Nails' "Head Like A Hole," which sounds terrible in theory, right? Surprisingly, it works -- especially in the chorus.

That being said, you could mix Carly Rae's hit with anything and it'd still sound good. It's like putting Nutella on burned toast. A little "I Really Like You" spread over your iPhone alarm at 6 a.m.? You've got a hazelnutty masterpiece.

"Head Like A Hole" is no mundane marimba loop, however. And when the two songs come together, you'll be trying to dig that earworm out for the rest of the week.
