As someone who pays close attention to Nicki Minaj's Instagram account (for many reasons), I take note when she drops something out of the ordinary.

So when Nicki posted an Instagram on Wednesday saying, "YOOOO!!!! I'm on that new app called @pleekapp ! Add me NOW and lets pleek!!!" I figured it was only right to listen. After all, I wanted to pleek with Nicki. What did it mean to pleek with Nicki? I didn't know. But I wanted to pleek with Nicki.

It turns out Pleek is an app where you take and send pictures and can add words and stickers onto those pictures and then make a collage out of them (so, yes, basically taking elements of all the apps you use right now and slapping them together).

According to TechCrunch, the app's co-founder calls it "picture messaging with a twist," and in addition to Nicki's support, Diddy is an investor.

This morning, I downloaded it and tried to navigate my way through. Here's what happened.

I watched. And I'm still confused.

Now I'm just sending pictures to myself because I'm my only friend on Pleek besides Nicki, who probably won't be responding. And yes, I have a Rick Ross Styrofoam cup and Ja Rule's autobiography at my desk.

This is a picture Nicki sent to her 10,000 or so followers. I responded by approving, with some help from Kanye.
