All Time Low is back with a new song and a new album. The pop-punk-emo band that we came to love in the mid aughts are releasing their sixth studio on April 7, and it includes "Something's Gotta Give," "Kids In The Dark" and first single, "Runaways," which MTV is premiering today.

"Runaways" will indeed need a spot on your running playlist, with its catchy chorus, upbeat bells and easy beat. Alex, Jack, Zack and Rian's new track encourages you to run from the haters: "So let's run away, they will have to find another heart to break," they sing.
