Kanye West’s last interview with BBC Radio 1 and Zane Lowe, back in September 2013, was an explosive and memorable one. It included classic Yeezyisms like, "I'm the number one rock star on the planet," plus passionate answers on an array of topics. And now his latest, which aired on Thursday (Feb. 26), is sure to be memorable in its own right.

Perhaps the most striking moment of 'Ye's new sit-down with Lowe was when the rapper broke down into tears and had to stop the interview briefly.

It happened when he was talking about Louise Wilson, a friend of his who was a professor of fashion at Central Saint Martins College of Arts and Design, and passed away in 2014. Many of her students, like Alexander McQueen, would go on to become well-known in the world of fashion.

"Last time I saw her, we had dinner at Hakkasan, which is my favorite restaurant in London, and I think she knew that she was gonna pass; she just wanted to give me some words of advice moving forward," he said, adding that Wilson asked about his wife, Kim Kardashian, and his daughter, North.

"I didn't know we were gonna lose her. She told me, she said, Thank you for the times where we came to performances, and this has really meant a lot to me. She would..."

Then, he collapsed his head into his hands and began to audibly cry. He then got up and walked away, and Lowe gave him some time to gather himself.

"That's never happened to me in an interview before," he said when he returned, before the two picked back up, starting on a new topic.

The entire interview, which clocks in at just under 45 minutes, is worth a watch. There are some new, soon-to-be-classic Yeezyisms ("Everything that I ever said will happen, will happen"), as well as talk about his work with Paul McCartney, his new album, and his collaboration with adidas.

Plus, he more or less calls Drake the hottest rapper in the game.

"I couldn't have been happier to go and shoot this video with two of the hottest rappers in the game," he said of the "Blessings" video shoot -- a song that includes himself, Drake and Big Sean. "Well, let's be respectful and truthful: The hottest rapper in the game, and one of the hottest rappers in the game. And I fall somewhere in that field."

Just don't say Kanye doesn't let you know his real feelings.
