Last year, stand-up comedian and MTV News contributor Jason Saenz posted a ripped flyer reading "MISSING: Half of Poster" on the corner of Russell Street and Engert Avenue in Brooklyn, New York.

Since then, Saenz has posted over 50 more witty signs across the Brooklyn and NYC area. He's also hit DC, Boston and "wherever police surveillance is limited." His efforts are dutifully documented on his Tumblr.

"I'll keep posting until I die, then my kids will post one on my grave that says 'missing: heartbeat," Saenz -- pronounced "signs", hah, get it? -- joked.
