Nope, Miley Cyrus isn't making an adult film, but an S&M-themed video that features Miley and is called "Tongue Tied," directed by Quentin Jones, will be featured in the upcoming New York City Porn Film Festival. The video was shown during Miley's Bangerz Tour and features Miley in fishnets and with black oil smeared on her chest. It will be one of dozens of movies screened at the event that starts on Feb. 27 in Brooklyn, New York.

The festival's program description of the film from ADULT magazine editor Sarah Nicole Prickette describes the tour video as the following: "Miley Cyrus wears that bondage lightly. And literally. She stretches the definition of kink, making it pop. On stage, riding a giant hot dog, she grins like the girl who yells loudest in the 'penis!' game. She could stop, actually, if she wanted to… but she won’t. She wears her latex like she’s dressing up as herself for Halloween: 'I’m a Sexy Miley Cyrus! What are you?'"

The black-and-white mini-movie has no sex and isn't porn in the traditional sense, but it does feature Miley wearing blindfolds, tied to a chair with black tape covering her nipples and is, well, kind of "Fifty Shades of Grey" at points.

As for the rest of the entries at the inaugural edition of the definitely 21-and-over event let's just say the only other titles we can even print here are... OK, none.

Wait, we lied. James Franco's "Interior.Leather Bar" will also be shown at the fest.
