Tyga's Former Management Is Suing Him -- For A Lot

The company says they were fired illegally.

Tyga -- he of "Rack City" fame, with plenty of other hits under his belt and an upcoming solo album and joint album with Chris Brown -- has blossomed into one of rap's more recognizable and successful acts. And now his former management team wants some credit -- monetary credit, that is -- for that impressive come up.

C&J Management is suing the rapper for $4 million, according TMZ. The company, who reportedly introduced Tyga to Cash Money, wants credit for "turning him from a relative nobody to a world known superstar."

They claim that he fired them illegally in 2013 and hired new management.

This isn't the only industry-related headache that Tyga's dealing with these days. He's been in a dispute with his label, Cash Money, for a few months now, and is looking to secure his release so he can drop his upcoming solo effort, The Gold Album: 18th Dynasty.

Until then, though, he seems focused on his collaborative album with Breezy, Fan of a Fan 2, which is on the way. You can watch the lyric video for the single, "Ayo," below.
