Sam Smith had an undeniably huge 2014—he was MTV's Artist of the Year, for one!—and things show no sign of slowing down in 2015. In addition to having an envy-inducing vacation, Sam is kicking off the new year with a V Magazine cover.

The cover, which was shot by Inez and Vinoodh and styled by Mel Ottenberg, features Sam and his chest hair. Like, so much chest hair. If you can peel your eyes away from his pecs, you'll notice that Sam's hair game is, as always, strong, and below his eye is the word "true."

Sam is not the only star of V’s Music Issue—Jessie Ware and Tinashe also landed on the front of the mag, but he revealed there are "four amazing girls" he shares the cover with, so we are eagerly awaiting the other two.
