Justin Bieber And Lil Twist 'Intertwine' On New Mellow Collaboration

This new track could be a sign that a joint mixtape from Biebs and Twist is still in the works.

Justin Bieber and Lil Twist have teamed up again on “Intertwine.”

The song finds Twist rhyming while Bieber sings and it’s another example of their chemistry following what could have been a serious falling out in 2014.

In May, Twist’s mentor Lil Wayne blasted Justin Bieber’s manager Scooter Braun for “talkin’ sh—“ about the young MC. Nevertheless, it looks like Twist and Bieber's friendship has been able to withstand whatever turmoil they faced last year.

Of course this isn’t the first collaboration for Twist and Biebs. How can we forget “Twerk,” their 2013 cut that also featured Miley Cyrus or their "Wherever You Are" cut?

In 2010, Biebs and Twist were even gearing up to release a joint mixtape. Could “Intertwine" be a sign that those plans are still on? We’re not sure, but it’s enough to keep us on our toes for a full-fledged joint project from these two young artists.

For now, we'll keep listening to "Intertwine" and Twist's recent Juicy J-assisted cut, "UFO."
