G-Eazy dropped his debut album, These Things Happen, back in June, and in a new 3-part web series for MTV called "From the Bay to the Universe," the Oakland-bred rapper and producer gives fans a deeper look at the journey that led up to creating the project.

The behind-the-scenes clips are narrated by G-Eazy himself, who relives moments like hearing his music on the radio for the first time, and even opening for Lil Wayne on tour.
