Kylie Jenner and Tyga are in the holiday spirit. The rumored couple (can we just admit they're an item now?) hit up a children's hospital on Monday and handed out Christmas presents to sick kids.

It was all a part of the "LA Gear Presents Teen Impact Holiday Party" at Children's Hospital Los Angeles. See the pics below:

This isn't the first time Kylie and Tyga have gotten together for charity. Last month, the two headed to the Los Angeles Mission to serve up a Thanksgiving meal for the homeless.

We still don't know what to call their relationship, but we know we can call them charitable!
