Are the teenage kids of villains rotten to the core, too?

That’s the million-dollar question the Disney Channel will explore in the upcoming live-action adventure comedy film, “Descendants.”

While viewers are only shown nondescript shadows in the short teaser clip released Friday (December 12), it’s evident that evil lurks.

The premise for the show is simple: the offspring of Disney’s iconic villians—Maleficent, the Evil Queen, Jafar and Cruella de Vil—attend prep school alongside the children of Belle and Beast (Ben), Fairy Godmother (Jane), Cinderella (Chad) and Sleeping Beauty (Audrey) in the idyllic kingdom known as Auradon.

Exiled to a remote island known as the Isle of the Lost, the villainous parents see their chance to exact diabolical revenge. Will their brood follow in their evil footsteps?

You'll have to wait and see.

The Kenny Ortega-directed original movie will premiere on Disney Channel in 2015.
