After seeing the "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" trailer, we now know how J.J. Abrams plans to tackle his foray into that far, far away galaxy, at least in terms of aesthetics. But the jury remains out on how other high-profile filmmakers might handle their journey into the "Star Wars" universe.

For instance, what would "Star Wars" look like in the hands of, oh, I don't know, Wes Anderson? Well, wonder no more. One fan recut the "Force Awakens" trailer as if it were helmed by the director of "The Royal Tenenbaums," "The Life Aquatic" and more. Take a look:
